Nadia ChiesaAssociate, WeirFoulds LLP, has a litigation practice focused on multi-jurisdictional litigation involving complex corporate and commercial disputes in various jurisdictions including the Eastern Caribbean, Central America and the US.

Marcus Wide is an Insolvency and restructuring professional with nearly 40 years of experience, most recently working across the Eastern Caribbean on both local and international restructuring and asset recovery. Currently Joint Liquidator of Stanford International Bank, a US$7 billion fraud.

David Holukoff has over 17 years of experience in restructuring, with the last eight leading numerous situations in the Caribbean. He has acted on behalf of stakeholders across various industries and jurisdictions including Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, BVI, Canada, Cayman Islands, Grenada, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
