WeirFoulds Partner Jeff Cowan will be Program Co-Chair for the Canadian Bar Association's upcoming OBA Administrative Law / Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights Law Program, Charter Issues at Administrative Tribunals. WeirFoulds Partner Raj Anand will also be a Program Speaker.

  • When are Charter damages available? Making sense of the SCC's decision in Ernst v. Alberta Energy Regulator
  • What issues stem from a tribunal's lack of remedial power to make a binding declaration of unconstitutionality?
