WeirFoulds partner Caroline Abela is the Co-Chair of the ABA Section of International Law International Private Client Committee (IPCC). The IPCC provides members with regular newsletters to keep them up-to-date on recent developments.

The Summer 2017 edition of the IPCC newsletter includes articles on the topic of Wealth Planning for Personal Equity Plans (PEPs) and "High Risk" Clients: Risks and Challenges.

The IPCC is for lawyers and those interested in international estate planning, estate litigation and asset protection, as well as the governance and succession of closely held corporations. The expertise of its members ranges from employment, corporate, immigration, estate, capacity and tax law.
