WeirFoulds Boosts its Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group with the Addition of Edmond Lamek

Edmond has been repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer and trusted advisor in his field. His extensive experience in all areas of Canadian and cross-border insolvency proceedings and transactions, and successful history of advising secured and unsecured creditors, Debtor-in-possession (DIP) lenders, debtors, suppliers, boards of directors, purchasers, receivers, interim receivers, Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) monitors, bankruptcy trustees and Chapter 11 creditors' committees, make Edmond a perfect complement to the services WeirFoulds provides to its clients.
