Sara Swartz-Hawley is responsible for collaboration and execution of the overall strategy and direction of the firm's business development and marketing endeavours. This includes providing forward-thinking and compelling communications, business development, media relations, marketing, event and social media strategies.

Sara has more than 10 years of experience in marketing and communications and business development, nine of which were spent working in the legal industry. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Sara held the position of Manager, Marketing and Communications at Heenan Blaikie LLP, and prior to that she held progressive roles at Lang Michener LLP and McMillian LLP. Since her time at Heenan Blaikie LLP, Sara has completed consulting engagements for both Dentons and Emond Harnden LLP.
