Graham's litigation practice includes contract disputes, lien claims, procurement issues, breach of trust claims, delay claims and general commercial litigation matters. He has experience representing clients at all levels of court in Ontario, and has also acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings.

In addition to his litigation practice, Graham provides advice to owners, general contractors, consultants, and trades on issues including: project strategy, procurement and tendering, contract drafting, and Competition Act compliance.

Graham has taught the Construction Law course at George Brown College since 2014, and guest lectures at construction industry certification courses.

Graham received a Bachelor of Arts (Honors Specialization in Political Science) from the University of Western Ontario in 2007, where he was named to the Dean's List. He obtained a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2011. While at Schulich, Graham represented the school at the Sopinka Trial Advocacy Moot.

Graham was named to the 2017 Acritas Stars list, which is an independent and global lawyer ranking system of the best lawyers in the world as selected through an independent survey of general counsel.
