Kelsey Gordon is an associate in the Municipal Group and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group at WeirFoulds. Kelsey works on a variety of complex litigation matters in a range of subject areas, including municipal and land use planning issues, property disputes, commercial litigation, employment and labour issues, and University matters.
Kelsey acts on behalf of municipalities, developers and private landowners with regard to municipal matters and disputes.
In addition, Kelsey has experience acting for universities on a range of litigation and governance matters, including defending civil claims and Human Rights claims brought against universities, providing advice in the context of harassment and sexual misconduct allegations, and providing advice with regard to governance obligations.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Kelsey was a summer and articling student with the firm.
