- draft "cease and desist" letters
to enforce our client's trade mark rights and respond to "cease
and desist" letters when our clients are accused of infringing
upon someone else's rights

regarding technology transfers whether by way of purchase, licence

- act for publishers, authors and

Internet Law
- prepare and review Internet service
provider contracts
- review the availability of domain
names and deal with domain name disputes
- consult regarding Internet content
issues including copyright and defamation
Franchising and Distributorship
- advise local and international
franchisors with respect to the establishment of franchise systems
in Canada
- review franchise documentation
on behalf of franchisees or franchisors
- enforce franchise documents together
with litigation against defaulting franchisees or franchisors

and analyse distribution schemes in light of competition and trade

Confidentiality and Non-Competition

trade secrets, know-how and other sensitive information

that a company owns all rights to work prepared for it
