Scott McGrath is a senior associate and an experienced litigator with a practice that is specialized in the handling of complex matters in relation to commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and competition matters.

Scott has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, Divisional Court and the Superior Court of Justice.  Scott has also appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal and the Competition Tribunal.

Acted for Soltoro Ltd. (TSX Venture: SOL) in connection with its successful disposition by plan of arrangement to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited pursuant to which Agnico Eagle acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Soltoro for total consideration of approximately C$32 million.
