Jordan acts as external legal counsel, providing advisory and litigation support for the following professional and industry regulatory bodies:

Jordan has acted for a variety of governmental institutions in respect of applications for judicial review of their decisions and processes. Jordan additionally has experience in representing individuals before the following tribunals:

Appellate Decisions

Jordan has been appointed Amicus Curiae by the Ontario Court of Appeal on four separate occasions and by the Divisional Court of Ontario on two occasions in respect of matters engaging constitional issues and statutory interpretation, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Provincial Offences Act, and privacy and access to information matters.

Jordan has additionally acted as co-counsel in respect of two signficant matters before the Supreme Court of Canada involving issues of search and seizure and disclosure rights and obligations.
