Bianca's focused practice combined with her trusted advice have made her clients come to rely on her for all matters concerning guardianships, will challenges and interpretations, power of attorney issues and disputes, passings of accounts, variations of trust, and dependant relief applications. She has appeared before various levels of courts in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. 

Bianca represents a variety of clients, including estate trustees and other individuals, trust companies and charities. She routinely acts as agent lawyer for the Office of the Children's Lawyer in contentious estate matters and has been appointed counsel by the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee for persons whose capacity is at issue. 

She is actively engaged in the legal profession and matters that benefit the larger community. She has spoken at programmes hosted by the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. She is active in the firm by supporting the annual United Way Campaign and mentoring students and young associates. She is also a member of the successful WeirFoulds Women program which promotes a successful and diverse working environment.
