Alexandra Overchuk is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of Associate and Student Programs. This includes developing, implementing and managing the recruitment, orientation, training and professional development of the firm's associates and students.
Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Alexandra worked with a global accounting firm as an HR relationship manager, supporting a number of business units with their people management mandates. In the last few years, she has focused specifically on Talent Management to include performance management, mentoring, succession planning and career development.
