Legal and Regulatory Issues Facing Building Owners and Property Managers – PM Springfest 2021

WeirFoulds Partners Karsten Lee, Jeff Cowan, Raj Kehar and Ryan Morris will be speaking at the 2021 PM Springfest taking place on April 21 and 22, 2021.

This year PM Springfest will morph into a two-day online educational conference for decision makers and influencers of the property management industry. The virtual platform will continue to provide ways for the industry to connect, network, learn and share and will address timely and important topics including Building Envelope, Legal & Regulatory Issues, Energy, Sustainability, Technology, Innovation and Resiliency.

The WeirFoulds session on April 21st at 9:00 a.m. will address the most topical legal and regulatory issues facing building owners and property managers today. In particular, the panel will highlight some of the new legal and regulatory issues arising as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and legislation that has resulted from that pandemic.
