The Land & Development Conference is a one-day conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in May, which provides, through speakers and networking opportunities, valuable insight into development challenges, strategies, and opportunities, with regards to the rising value of land, and where this asset class is heading from the perspective of owners, developers, investors, and lenders. Themes will cover condominium and single-family residential activity as well as office, industrial, retail and mixed-use development, primarily across the Greater Golden Horseshoe and southern Ontario markets.
