
2019 Educational Conference – CLEAR
The Council on Licensure, Enforcement & Regulation will host its 2019 educational conference from September 18 to 21 in Minneapolis.
WeirFoulds lawyers, Jill Dougherty, Ada Keon and Lara Kinkartz, will speak at the event. Ada and Jill will participate as moderator and speaker, respectively, in the session, “Too Much Information! The Use of a Professional’s Social Media History in Registration, Investigations, and Professional Misconduct Prosecutions”. Lara will speak about “Rare Events with Catastrophic Impacts: Lessons from Cases Involving Intentional Harm to Patients” and also moderate a panel on “The Enforcement Workload Calculator”.
Partner Debbie Tarshis will also be in attendance.
The Annual Educational Conference is attended by more than 600 members of the regulatory community from across North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Conference content is developed by and for members of the regulatory community and focuses on four areas of inquiry:
