Trusts in Family Wealth and the 3D Problem ? Is It Child’s Play

In this session wealth planning and contentious trust specialists look at trusts under the microscope and consider how to use them in structuring to endure the 3Ds ? disputes, divorce and death. The session will be divided into two sections (1) The 3D problem points of vulnerability during the life of a trust; and (2) Trusts in family wealth: how to create an enduring structure.
