Titled Accommodating Mental Health Disabilities: Current Issues and Practical Strategies, this webcast-only session will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn from expert faculty as they discuss the latest issues concerning the duty to accommodate mental health disabilities a share key insights and practical strategies to help legal practitioners better advise their clients at all stages of the accommodation process.
Topics will include balancing privacy rights and the duty to disclose, dealing with confidential medical information and interactions with third-party agencies, performance management and discipline, and undue hardship and safety concerns.
