Partners Megan Mah and Daniel Wong will be in attendance at the Canadian Bar Association's 2023 Annual Update on Human Rights, which will be held on May 24, 2023.

The Annual Update on Human Rights is designed to bring lawyers up to speed on the latest substantive procedural developments in human rights law, with faculty including experts in administrative, labour and employment, and human rights law.

Megan and Daniel will speak during "Vicarious Liability under the Human Rights Code", which will focus on a review of case law that interprets section 46.3(1), considerations in naming individual respondents, bringing or responding to requests for an order to dismiss an application against an individual respondent, and acquiescence or condonation as a relevant factor.
