CSE Day Toronto – Spring Pitch 2016

CSE Day Toronto – Spring Pitch 2016 is an initiative of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). This event profiles several recent listings during a program focused on the investment community. The program is filled with CSE-listed companies who will share their stories in a series of “speed pitches” followed by a networking session. CSE Day caters to individuals who are involved in and/or following the micro-cap markets, junior listed companies, and emerging start-ups. Investors also get exposure to a cross-section of several exciting CSE-listed companies.

Michael Dolphin will moderate a panel entitled “New Financing Options” and Raj Dewan will appear as a panelist. The panel will review the new prospectus exemptions introduced in Canada recently and those still to come, including rights offerings, crowdfunding, offering memorandum and existing shareholders.
