Federated Press: Fair Hearing

This inaugural two-day course will highlight, among other topics: the fairness doctrine and its role in the conduct of hearings; establishing cultural sensitivity for a multicultural society; issues to consider at a pre-hearing; setting out sufficient legal grounds; and ethical issues in the conduct of a hearing involving unrepresented litigants.
