The session is a critical conversation about the future of women lawyers in Private Practice.
Lisa (Chair of SCG Legal’s Women in Law Taskforce) along with panelists Scharf Banks Marmor’s Stephanie Scharf and Fine Kaplan and Black’s Roberta Liebenberg, will also offer industry-wide recommendation for best practices related to recruiting, retaining and advancing women in law as well as engage participants in a conversation about:
- How COVID-19 has impacted women lawyers in private practice;
- How can women overcome the barriers that block their career paths;
- What are we learning from this pandemic; and
- What the future holds.
