From Her Lips to Our Ears – Women’s Brain Health Initiative
The Women’s Brain Health Initiative will host its annual “From Her Lips to Our Ears” conversation and cocktail event on October 6, 2019. The key speaker this year is author and actress Kim Campbell, wife of country music legend Glen Campbell.
Kim will share her story about the challenges faced by people living with Alzheimer’s disease and their families, and the role music played in her and her husband’s lives throughout his battle with alcohol, drugs and ultimately dementia.

The Women’s Brain Health Initiative creates education programs and funds research to combat brain-aging diseases that affect women. This event in particular is focused on discussing the joys and losses of life people experience when faced with Alzheimer’s disease.
