Sandra will speak during the "Case Studies by Region: COVID and Developing Uncertainty in Construction" panel at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, July 7, covering the complex issues courts have had to deal with pertaining to both the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and developments in construction practice and construction technology.
