Law Society of Upper Canada 13th Annual Estates and Trusts Summit

This flagship estates, trusts, and estate litigation program has been described as “vital for anyone carrying on an estates practice.” Day One will include topics related to estate planning for disabled family members and best practices in trust administration. Day Two will include an examination of the 2010 changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure, their effect on estate litigation, and the significant impact they could have on will challenges.
