Make a Will Month | November 20 Session – Ontario Bar Association

November is Make a Will Month! During Make a Will Month, the Ontario Bar Association hosts multiple legal information sessions presented by member volunteers at libraries and community hubs across Ontario. The sessions are intended to help the public understand the importance of having a will and having it done by a lawyer.
On November 20, 2019, WeirFoulds associates Hayley Peglar and Claire McNevin, will present a free session at the Danforth/Coxwell Library in Toronto. The presentation will address:
- Why you need a will
- What happens if you do not have a will
- Powers of attorney and why they are so important
