Partner Debra McKenna will speak during an OBA Health Law Program panel hosted by the Canadian Bar Association, on Thursday, November 27, 2025. The panel will explore innovations in procedure and case management at Ontario's Health Professions Discipline Tribunals (HPDT).

The HPDT bring together the discipline tribunals of six Ontario health colleges. Key innovations at the HPDT include modernizing the Rules of Procedure, expanding case management and incorporating innovative adjudicative techniques to streamline hearings.
