The two complimentary webinars will provide attendees with an overview of changes to the Offering Memorandum Exemption under national Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus Exemption, which came into effect on March 8, 2024.

The first webinar will focus on the disclosure impact on real estate issuers. The second installment in the series will focus on the disclosure impact on collective investment vehicles, such as mortgage investment entities and private debt lenders.
