Partner Glenn Ackerley has been asked to participate in three webinars being hosted by the Canadian Construction Association, all of which elaborate on the theme "Read Your Construction Contract". Glenn will moderate the fourth webinar, Risky Business: Insurance, contract security, and indemnification on Monday, May 15, 2023.

The session will cover the "big three" risk provisions: insurance, contract security and indemnification, providing an overview of what they mean and deconstructing their impact so attendees can learn to better protect themselves.
