Six-Minute Administrative Law and Practice 2023 – Law Society of Ontario

Partner Jeff Cowan will co-chair the Law Society of Ontario’s 2023 Six-Minute Administrative Law and Practice session on Thursday, March 2. Partner Raj Anand will also be in attendance as one of the presenters. The session will be webcast only, and is eligible for CPD hours.

The latest installment of the popular annual series will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear from a range of experts as they provide keen analysis of current issues within a timed format. Presenters will overview risk management issues in administrative law, discuss the new adjudicative model at the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal, and cover class actions and administrative law.
