Take Your Client to (Tax) Court – GTAAFN

Associate Michael Ding will present a CPD course with the GTA Accountants & Finance Network (GTAAFN) titled “Take Your Client to (Tax) Court – Navigating the Informal Procedure Process” on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022. As a former Department of Justice lawyer, Michael will provide attendees with firsthand knowledge on how accountants and other agents can effectively represent their clients before the Tax Court of Canada.

The course will teach the ins and outs of the tax appeal process, including negotiating with the CRA and standing up for clients on the day of their trail. The event will focus on practical tips and strategies on how to obtain positive results for clients in the low-cost Informal Procedure process.
