The Buildings Show 2021

WeirFoulds Partner Glenn Ackerley will be speaking at The Buildings Show taking place from December 1 – 3, 2021 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Design, architecture, construction, renovation and property management professionals, experts and suppliers have come together at The Buildings Show for over 30 years.  The 2021 educational program will include online and in-person expert led-seminars, informative panels and thought-provoking roundtables. Attendees will be able to follow important topics from virtual to face to face and select sessions will be accredited by BOMA, OAA, BSSB and CAHPI.

Glenn’s will be participating in the panel, “Construction Law Update: The COVID-19 Effect on the Industry: Adapting Contracts and Claims” on December 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This is an annual half day session that addresses the key risks and challenges facing the construction industry. This year the session will examine key legal issues arising from the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on construction projects.
