About the Speakers
Abdul-Basit Khan (ABK) practices in all areas of management-side labour and employment law, including defending employers in wrongful dismissal litigation, labour relations matters, employment standards disputes, human rights complaints, and occupational health and safety matters.
Nancy Newark is Director of Employment Law for Nuance Communications Inc., a leading provider of voice and language solutions for business and consumers around the world. She was previously a partner in the Boston law firm Burns & Levinson LLP.
