WeirFoulds Client Seminar: The Changing Planning and Development Landscape

The members of the WeirFoulds Municipal and Planning Law Practice Group invite you to join us for an informative session on recent and pending changes to the land use planning and development process.
The day will start with breakfast, followed by a presentation by WeirFoulds partner Denise Baker on “Provincial Land Use Plan Update: Changes to the Growth Plan, Greenbelt Plan, Oak Ridges Moraine Plan and Niagara Escarpment Plan”
After the break, WeirFoulds partners Bruce Engell and Kim Mullin will present on “OMB and Conservation Authorities Reform: Overview of Bill 139”.
The day will conclude with lunch and an opportunity for attendees to network.
