Agatha Suszek is an associate of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Agatha’s practice is focused on a broad range of contract and corporate governance disputes as well as civil litigation, employment, privacy, and freedom of information matters.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds as an associate, Agatha completed her summer and articling terms at the firm, gaining extensive experience in diverse areas of litigation.

While in law school, Agatha represented the University of Ottawa in the Warren K. Winkler Moot and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Moot. She was also a senior editor and Board member of the Ottawa Law Review and a research assistant for the Centre for Law, Technology, and Society.

During her studies, Agatha served as a mentor in the Women’s Leadership Mentorship Program, was published in the Canadian Journal of Public Health, and clerked in the Ontario Court of Justice Practicum.
