Aisling Flarity practises in a broad range of litigation matters with a focus on expropriation, government, real estate and employment disputes.

Aisling is an associate in the firm’s municipal group. Her practice focuses on real estate and commercial litigation, expropriation, government and employment disputes. Her employment law practice focuses on wrongful dismissal, employment standards, Canada Labour Code arbitrations, occupational health and safety, contract and policy drafting.

Aisling joined WeirFoulds in 2014 after articling with the firm. During law school, Aisling completed a semester at the Université Jean Moulin Law School in Lyon, France and was an editor of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues.
