Charles Lund is an associate in the Municipal Law Practice Group at WeirFoulds.

There, Charles gained experience in various areas of municipal law including land use planning and development, environmental contamination claims, expropriations, building permit disputes, easement disputes, FOI requests under MFIPPA, and provincial offences prosecutions. Charles also assisted with preparing for hearings before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (now the Ontario Land Tribunal), and drafted policies for municipalities.
During law school, Charles was a member of the Queen’s Law Choir, and in his free time he enjoys practicing the piano, singing and running.
