Iris L. Pichini is a Partner in the Construction and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups at WeirFoulds.

Iris represents various stakeholders in the construction industry including owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on a variety of commercial, residential and municipal projects. She provides sound advice to her clients relating to their rights and obligations in the preservation and enforcement of construction liens, breach of trust claims, bond claims, delay claims, construction contracts, financing and tender documents, and general collections. Iris has also litigated cases in a broad range of other areas of corporate and commercial litigation including contract and business disputes. She provides practical and cost effective resolutions to disputes whether by negotiation, court proceeding, or alternative dispute resolution.

Iris’ advocacy experience includes matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.
