Katrina Henn is the Director of Talent & Human Resources at WeirFoulds.

Katrina is responsible for the firm’s talent management strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team to advance all aspects of professional development and the engagement of professionals at WeirFoulds. Katrina is also responsible for all aspects of the associate and law student program including performance management, career development, mentoring and training.

Katrina is a lawyer qualified to practice in England & Wales and Hong Kong. Prior to joining the firm, Katrina was the Professional Development Manager at an international law firm where she supported lawyers in the Corporate & Securities and Employment Practice Groups in 15 offices across North America. Katrina has also held a number of roles with leading global law firms in Toronto, London and Hong Kong and brings with her a wealth of experience.

Katrina is an active member of the Professional Development Consortium (PDC), the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), and the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
