Rachel West is the Senior Manager of Human Resources at WeirFoulds LLP.
Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Rachel was the Human Resources Manager at an Ontario-based law firm that specialized in Labour and Employment Law. In this role, Rachel was responsible for managing performance, performance improvement plans, attendance and promotion of support staff. In addition to handling the annual review process, Rachel monitored and updated all Firm policies and handled the day-to-day requirements of the HR function. Rachel worked closely with the Director of Human Resources to complete projects and create and implement their strategic vision.
Rachel is a Member in Good Standing with the Human Resources Professional Association, holds her CHRP designation and is currently completing her CHRL designation.
