Shawn Tian is an associate in the Technology & Intellectual Property Group at WeirFoulds with a practice focusing on technology, banking and entertainment.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Shawn practiced as in-house counsel at a management and technology consulting company where he supported general counsels on commercial agreements, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. Shawn has experience in negotiating and drafting agreements in software-as-a-service and retail supply chain transactions.

When he’s not practising law, Shawn enjoys hip hop music and traveling, one of his recent adventures includes trekking to the Mount Everest Base Camp.
