Partner Jennifer Corak will Co-Chair Estate Planning in the Modern Era Series, a 5-webcast program that will be hosted by the Ontario Bar Association every Thursday from November 2nd - November 30th, 2023.

With rapidly changing technology and an evolving legal landscape, estate planning has become more complex than ever before. This series will get lawyers up to speed on key issues and emerging trends in the law, and will provide insights and best practices from expert panelists as they help attendees prepare to better serve their clients in the modern era.

In addition to Co-Chairing the series, Jennifer will also moderate "Session 4: Estate Planning in the Modern Era - Unique Assets" on Thursday, November 23rd, and "Session 5: Estate Planning in the Modern Era - Genetic Material" on Thursday, November 30th.
