The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 4 years of relevant litigation experience, strong legal, advocacy and organizational skills, and an excellent academic record. We are seeking an associate who is a team player able to work with lawyers at all levels, with a strong client service ethic and the ability to manage files and clients independently.

The successful candidate will work with our team of commercial litigators on a variety of challenging, sophisticated and complex litigation cases, representing a broad range of clients.

  • Strong technical and legal knowledge

  • Strong client service ethic and confidence to manage files and clients independently
  • Excellent academic credentials

The successful candidate will work with our team of leasing lawyers, clerks and staff on a variety of challenging, sophisticated and diverse matters, representing landlords, tenants, developers, property managers, lenders, franchisors and franchisees. You will be negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial leasing documents including leases, offers, amendments, assignments, subleases, and consents.
