Partner Amy Block will serve as an instructor during The Investigator’s Guide to Testifying in Non-Criminal Legal Proceedings: A Practical Skills Workshop, which will be hosted by Osgoode Professional Development on Monday, November 27th, 2023.

During this workshop, participants will learn how to effectively prepare and review evidence, strategies for giving evidence clearly and "surviving" the cross-examination, and how to respond to different strategies that counsel may employ.

Amy will participate in two sessions of the workshop, the first addressing "Examination-in-Chief" and the second focusing on Cross-Examination.
