Katie also assists securities-related transactions and other matters including continuous disclosure obligations, exempt offerings, and registration matters. Besides, Katie is involved with all types of corporate compliance relating to regulatory requirements of registrants. Her work includes both annual maintenance and extra-provincial registration across Canada.

Katie received her Law Clerk Certificate from ILCO in 2017. She was the recipient of David Boakes Award in Estates, Balfour Award in Real Estate, Victor Award in Corporate and ILCO Honours Certificate. She also completed her Securities Law Fellowship Certification at ILCO with honours.
