Kristen Robertson is an Associate in the Technology & Intellectual Property and Privacy & Access to Information Practice Groups at WeirFoulds LLP.

She routinely advises on, structures, and negotiates complex services engagements, outsourcing transactions, development agreements, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, software/SaaS licenses, end user licenses, and privacy and other usage policies.

She works with clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, fintech, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, software development, and hosting services.

Kristen is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

She received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law, where she served as a Research Assistant designing an artificial intelligence software for use in trademark disputes.

Outside of the law, you can find Kristen going for a run or searching for the best chocolate cake.
