WeirFoulds partner Caroline Abela contributed an article to the latest edition of the OBA’s Section Insider: Trusts and Estates Law discussing the prevalence of third party funding agreements in the Canadian market.

In Investing in Justice: Expanding the Litigation Funding Industry to Estates and Trust Litigation, Caroline addresses the potential use and appropriateness of third party litigation funding in estates litigation.

Caroline is currently the Chair of the OBA Trusts and Estates Law Section.
