Paul, a partner at WeirFoulds, is an accomplished litigator with success in a wide variety of complex, high-stakes and high-profile litigation. He specializes in corporate commercial, insolvency and public law litigation. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the Quebec courts, and has acted on several matters before the Supreme Court of Canada, including one of the leading equality rights cases in Canada, R. v Kapp.
