Partner Janet Bobechko will speak during the 2025 PFAS Symposium, which will be held by the Ontario Environment Industry Association on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

This third annual symposium will explore "From Supply Chains to Contaminated Sites: Advancements in the Management of PFAS". The conference will will bring together environment industry leaders and PFAS experts to share case studies, research, and technical advances related to PFAS and PFAS remediation. Sessions will address socio-economic considerations, developments in screening and analysis, Aqueous and Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) change-out, remediation, waste management, and legal considerations.

Janet will participate in a legal panel where she will present on "PFAS – the lurking substance and challenging discussion in transactional due diligence".
