Partner Janet Bobechko and Associate Catalina Karam will contribute legal insight at the upcoming CANECT 2026, taking place April 29–30, 2026.

Janet will chair, speak, and moderate 2C – Excess Soils Regulation and Contaminated Sites, lead sessions in 3B – Dealing with Environmental Emergencies and Spills, and speak on regulatory compliance and legal perspectives in 2A – Driving Environmental Performance. Associate Catalina Karam will also speak in both 2C and 3B, sharing practical legal perspectives on compliance, reporting, and liability.
