Partner Debra McKenna will teach in Osgoode Professional Development’s Professional Regulation and Discipline in the Health Care Sector certificate program, which runs from November 4 to December 2, 2025.

Debra will speak during module 5, “Penalty Hearing and Appeals”, on December 2. This session will focus on professional discipline hearings, covering procedural steps, advocacy strategies, disclosure management, ethical responsibilities, and the roles of counsel and adjudicators, with attention to special issues such as self-represented parties and sexual abuse cases.
